  • CACC offers multiple Continuing Education Courses on diverse topics and issues, which will facilitate your continual growth as an effective coach. Continuing Education Courses offered by CACC apply to CACC-certified coach CEU requirements, and may apply to other credentialing agencies as well.

    • Coaching for Couples

  • Essential Coach Training (ECT)

  • No prerequisite requirement

    ECT is a 16-week coach-training course designed for mid-career men and women who want to incorporate the Christian coaching values-base and skill-set into their current leadership sphere and/or who desire to complete the first course towards becoming a certified professional coach.

  • Life Map for Focused Living (LM)

  • Distance-based; no residency requirement
  • Prerequisite: Essential Coach Training

    Life Map for Focused Living (LM) is a 7-week course for individuals who have successfully completed Essential Coach Training (ECT), and are pursuing the Associate Christian Leadership Coach certification with CACC. LM gives trainees the tools needed to coach others through the process of discerning and living out their personal "Life Map," and also more significant understanding of the coaching core competencies taught in ECT.

    Note: The Life Map for Focused Living course content is identical to the first seven weeks of Professional Coach Training 1 (PCT1). Trainees intending to complete PCT1 should not register for LM.

  • Professional Coach Training 1 (PCT1)

  • One On-site Workshop in Week 8
  • Prerequisite: Essential Coach Training

    Professional Coach Training 1 (PCT1) is designed for individuals who have successfully completed Essential Coach Training (ECT), and are pursuing a career in the coaching field or are people-development professionals in any field. The first of two professional-level advanced training courses, PCT1 equips trainees to coach others through the Life Map process and deepens trainees' mastery of the core coaching competencies.

  • Professional Coach Training 2 (PCT2)

  • One On-site Workshop in Week 7
  • Prerequisite: PCT1

    Professional Coach Training 2 (PCT2) is the third course in CACC's full year of coach training for individuals who are pursuing a career in full-time coaching and other people-development professionals. PCT2 includes a six-week elective on either the business of coaching or coaching as a leadership style, as well as an intensive advanced skills practicum.
