Essential Coach Training (ECT)
- Two On-site Workshops, in weeks 1 and 11
- No prerequisite requirement

ECT is a 16-week coach-training course designed for individuals who want to incorporate the Christian coaching values-base and skill-set into their current leadership sphere and/or who desire to complete the first course towards becoming a certified professional coach. The Kansas City ECT will be 15-weeks due to the Holidays, but contains the same amount of training hours as the 16-week course.

Establishing Your Personal Coaching Brand (EYPCB)
- Distance-based; no residency requirement
- Prerequisite: Essential Coach Training (ECT), or at least 35 hours of competency-based coach training from a professional coach training school
Establishing Your Personal Coaching Brand (EYPCB) is a 10-hour elective course for individuals who desire to build a sustainable coaching business. EYPCB is also a PCT2-level elective, and applies towards the hours needed for successful completion of PCT2 with the Center for the Advancement of Christian Coaching.

Professional Coach Training 2 (PCT2) - One On-site Workshop in Week 7
- Prerequisite: PCT1
Professional Coach Training 2 (PCT2) is the third course in CACC's full year of coach training for individuals who are pursuing a career in full-time coaching and other people-development professionals. PCT2 includes two electives and a coaching skills practicum.

Professional Coach Training 1 (PCT1)
- One On-site Workshop in Week 8
- Prerequisite: Essential Coach Training
Professional Coach Training 1 (PCT1) is designed for individuals who have successfully completed Essential Coach Training (ECT), and are pursuing a career in the coaching field or are people-development professionals in any field. The first of two professional-level advanced training courses, PCT1 equips trainees to coach others through the Life Map process and deepens trainees mastery of the core coaching competencies.

Currently, we are planning three ECT offerings for the fall; one each in Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, MO, and Valley Forge, PA. Details for these ECTs will be posted at the end of June. The next PCT1 and PCT2 are slated to begin in January of 2010.
