• CACC offers multiple levels of training for coaches and leaders. From a customized one-day training event, to a full year of Professional Coach Training, our training options equip you with the values and industry-standard core coaching competencies you need for maximum impact as a coach.

• • Essential Coach Training (ECT)

  • Essential Coach Training (ECT) is CACC's 16-week flagship coach training course. Designed to facilitate mastery of the fundamentals of distinctively Christian coaching, ECT is delivered in an interactive, educationally sound, and highly experiential learning environment. ECT is offered at various times throughout the year, and the two in-person workshops are conducted in cities all across the United States.

  • Professional Coach Training (PCT)

  • Professional Coach Training (PCT) is CACC's premiere coach training program, designed for men and women who desire to devote significant time and focus to coaching others, either as a full-time professional coach or as an organizational leader who focuses primarily on leader development. PCT 1 & 2 are two semester-length courses that build on CACC's Essential Coach Training by equipping trainees to master advanced coaching skills, build and sustain a successful professional coaching practice and realize the full potential of coaching as a means to develop others.

  • Life Map for Focused Living (LM)

  • Life Map for Focused Living is designed for individuals who have successfully completed Essential Coach Training, and are pursuing the Associate Christian Leadership Coach certification with CACC. LM equips trainees to coach others through the process of discerning and living out their personal "Life Map." Trainees in LM also gain more significant understanding of the coaching core competencies taught in ECT.

• Certification

• CACC offers multiple levels of certification to Christian coaches, from our unique Associate Christian Leadership Coach level, all the way up to our Master Certified Christian Coach and Certified Christian Coach Trainer. • Consulting

• Organizations and individuals often need outside assistance to transition to a coaching culture, to build organizational systems that support coaching, or to reform leadership competencies and standards to reflect coaching values. CACC provides organizational and individual consulting that will accelerate and deepen the impact that coaching can have in your unique sphere of influence. CACC staff and affiliates are also qualified to administer numerous industry-standard assessment tools, including the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), DISC, Myers-Briggs, Gallup StrengthsFinder® and more.

• Current and past consulting clients include national organizations, churches, ministries, businesses, professional coach training organizations and private coaching practices. • Curriculum Writing

• As leaders discover the power of coaching to transform individuals and organizations, the demand for custom-crafted, organization-specific curricula is increasing. With a strong background in education, coaching and writing, CACC staff is prepared to work with you to produce coach training or leader development curriculum that is based on industry-standard coaching principles and competencies, and yet reflects your organization’s distinct DNA.

• Starting by collaborating with you on the specific training outcomes you’re looking to produce in trainees, our professional curriculum writers work with you in a highly relational process to create your own in-house training curriculum. The end product will be a training program that includes state-of-the-art coaching principles organically and seamlessly linked to the core content that your organization needs to deliver.

• CACC senior staff members have years of experience as keynote, workshop and seminar presenters, communicating effectively to groups that number from 8 to those that number in the thousands.
